"I wish I could actually leave 0 star. When it was time to gain my business Anthony Santiago was amazing on top of everything. Of course a few weeks after I made the first payment he reached out stating they would change my policy due to my NY license which was understandable but I was told my bill would only go up 20$ or so lol I went from $200 or so to $490. Now I’m calling for clarification everyone seems to be lost. Giving me different reasons why. I was left on hold for 5 mins and then they just hung up on me lol. Great"

"Avoid at all cost. They don’t abide by the initial quote they give you when starting your policy. They told me that the initial discount that was applied to my policy was removed and they literally back tracked to the date I started the policy and asked me to pay all the discounts that was applied to my account. I literally changed my previous policy because they convinced me that the offer they gave me wouldn't fluctuate. They will scam you as much as they can so don’t trust them. Again avoid at all cost."
